Our Charity Hamper has been out this month doing good work.
We raised £28 at a MacMillan Coffee Morning at Social Care Offices, Daybrook.
We then raised £19 for Nottingham Women's Aid Bake a Difference cake sale at Arnold. Local MP Vernon Coaker came to support the event and bought some gloves from us for his grandchild. Vernon said that he thought the hamper was a brilliant idea!
Vernon Coaker MP admires our hamper.
We are going to need some more items for our hamper!
It will be led by our own Sue Booth who is going to cover different ways of increasing and decreasing. We will consider which method is best to use in which circumstances, and the appearance on the finished item. As usual we will be at the Killisick Community Centre from 6.45pm. We hope to see you there!
